Make the most of the Autumn sun before Winter rolls in. We’ll meet in Madras Park, right beside the historic gymnasium where our indoor yoga classes are held. There are winding trails to walk, places to create in color with sidewalk chalk, and an open grassy spot for our yoga mats (which will be provided). We’ll stretch and practice yoga on the slightly uneven Earth, which is great for strengthening the feet, core, and legs. We’ll find our stillness in the midst of all the joyful park activities (birds chattering, children playing, people strolling with their pups). A Sound Bath Serenade for savasana.
No worries about inclement weather, we will move the class inside if the weather proves too challenging.
