2 nights beautiful escape from Friday to Sunday, with highly experienced Iyengar trained yoga teacher Julie Baker and sound therapist Soesen Edan.
Autumn is a necessary time to rest, to go within and to allow our bodies to store the energy we will need for the following years Spring.
The weekend will provide you with a complete immersion of sound, yoga and healing for the mind, body and soul.
We will be allowing ourselves to go within to find peace, stillness and healing, enabling deep connection, shedding of external negative factors, bringing alignment, clearing and energising effects to the body and soul. This is a brilliant opportunity for finding our own inner wisdom, working with the darkness within us all in order to experience the light and connecting with our natural cycles. The retreat will allow nourishment, rest, breath and time for ourselves, to meet other like minded people and to finish feeling replenished, alive and re-tuned!
