5 yoga sessions, nourishing food for mind and body. Healthy chats and time to unwind maybe by an open fire?
Friday afternoon arrival settle in yin yoga, supper, hot tub and or sauna fireside chats.
Saturday morning yoga healthy breakfast hot tub walks chats lunchtime yang into yin followed by lunch and restful afternoon hot tub sauna walks chats.
Time to do nothing, read a book or take a lovely snooze by the fireside.
Saturday evening supper, hot tub and or sauna chats by the fire
Sunday morning yoga flow breakfast last hot tub and breathe deeply after being held in beautiful space with like minded people.
