This is your space to be fully expressed, fully seen, and fully YOU.
Next, we’ll drop into a grounding meditation and intention-setting practice before diving into somatic breathwork—a 30-minute journey to release, awaken, and make space for more light in your life. Think emotional clearing, nervous system reset, and deep reconnection to your truth.
We’ll close in sacred community, integrating and sharing what’s come through.
