Join us for a rejuvenating **Wellness Sunday Retreat** from **11 AM to 3 PM. This immersive experience is designed to nourish your body and mind through a combination of yoga, strength training, mindful meditation, and journaling

Throughout the day, you’ll engage in gentle yoga to awaken your body, followed by a dynamic strength training session to build resilience.
( suitable for all fitness level whether you are a seasoned pro or beginner ) Enjoy a relaxing refresh break, where you can change into comfortable clothes and savor a warming nourishing soup. We will end the day on a calming sound healing practice.

As part of the retreat, each participant will receive a **mini bouquet** to take home, adding a touch of nature’s beauty to your day. You’ll also have opportunities for journaling and a fitness talk to reflect on your journey and set intentions moving forward.
