Join Holly and Angie for a transformative Women’s Autumn Release Metal Element Day Retreat, where we’ll explore the deep connection between Autumn, the Lungs, and the Metal Element through Traditional Chinese Medicine. Autumn is a time to slow down, breathe deeply, and let go, offering an opportunity to refine self-care, align our priorities, and cultivate inner strength and clarity.
In this retreat, we’ll dive into the wisdom of TCM, focusing on the Metal Element that governs the Lungs and Large Intestine—key systems for protection, release, and emotional resilience. By releasing what no longer serves us and embracing stillness, we’ll strengthen our immunity and clarity as we transition into the cooler months, creating space for renewal and emotional well-being.
