Join us for our yearly push pull! Last year we had everyone from people doing their first comps to athletes attempting national and world records!
Event 1 is max overhead where you can choose either axle or log.
Event 2 is max deadlift on a deadlift bar.
3 nominated lifts for both and 4th attempts for records allowed.
All athletes receive T-shirt on entry
There will be medals for top 3 in every category
Trophies for highest totals and biggest pound for pound!
All categories represented.
24 hour weigh ins
Arrive from 11 first lift 12 noon.
