Autumn Mini Retreat

This mini retreat is an event you don't want to miss!

Kendra Doersam and Maria Wonderleigh of Rainbow Yoga have teamed up and created this lovely mini retreat focused on rooting and settling into the autumn season. You will be guided through a vinyasa yoga practice, grounding & journaling exercises, learn about ayurveda and the season we are in, then end with a restorative style yin practice.

What you need to bring: a yoga mat, journal and pen, and water. Dress for the weather in comfortable clothing you can move in (layers are nice!)

Light seasonal snacks will be provided.

Enjoy a few hours for yourself while soaking up the autumn views and grounds at the Geode Nature Dome!
