The evening begins with a relaxed cocktail hour, enjoying seasonal appetizers as the sun sets over the Shawangunk Mountains. Afterward, guests will gather for a seated four-course dinner, served in the setting that best suits the evening—whether under the open sky or inside the warmth of the farmhouse. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to highlight the richness and bounty of the autumn harvest.

-Crostini with Thyme Roasted Grapes, Honey Whipped Ricotta, Pine Nuts, EVOO
-Sweet Potato Coins with local Chorizo and Manchego Cheese
-Cranberry Brie Phyllo Cups
First Course: Autumn Harvest Soup with Toasted Pepitas and Creme de Brie
Second Course: Baby Kale Caesar Salad with Everything Bagel Croutons, Bacon Lardons, Grated Parmesan, Pine Nuts
Entree: Choice of 1:
Autumn Bolognese : Full Moon Farm grass-fed beef, tomatoes, and fall herbs, over roasted spaghetti squash strands
or Chicken and Leek Pot Pie with Phyllo Dough
Dessert: Pumpkin Butterscotch Budino with Salted Caramel and Spiced Whipped Cream
We will provide a refreshing seasonal mocktail, and guests over 21 are welcome to bring their own beverages, whether alcoholic or not.

Chef Jennie is a locally based Hudson Valley Chef that focuses on both the health benefits and mouthwatering reasons for getting back to real food! She grew up in a household with mainly processed food, so her schooling at both Le Cordon Bleu and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition really fueled her passion for real ingredient cooking. With so many delicious options in our area to eat farm-fresh, she loves taking advantage of what the current season has to offer. She takes immense amounts of pride in her attention to detail and genuinely loves expanding what she does for a living as a craft.
