As the seasons begin to shift and the pace of life picks up again, we're inviting you to spend a few hours slowing down with us.
Join Amira and Octavia for a cosy autumn half-day retreat designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your community and what matters most to you in this season of life.
Through movement, rest, reflection and conversation, we'll create space to step away from the noise of everyday life and check in with ourselves a little more deeply.
Expect a morning of mindful movement, restorative practices, journaling, yoga philosophy, meaningful conversations and homemade treats.
Whether you're joining us on your own or with a friend, you'll be welcomed into a supportive and inclusive space where there's no pressure to be anything other than yourself.
What we'll explore together:

10:00am - Arrival, tea & welcome
10:15am - Opening circle & intention setting
10:30am - Vinyasa yoga practice
11:20am - Restorative yoga & guided relaxation
12:00pm - Tea break & homemade snacks
12:15pm - Philosophy & Breathwork
12:45pm - Journaling & reflection
1:20pm — Sharing circle
2:00pm — Close
