NORMalised
About this Event
NORMalised intensive will focus on the styles Popping and Krump, dedicated to deepening your understanding of each form's core principles, movement vocabulary, and essence.
From this foundation, Far From The Norm's facilitators will examine both styles through challenging convention, expanding possibilities, and reimagining how these foundational techniques can evolve. Through experimentation, deconstruction, and creative practice, participants will learn to stretch the limits of the forms, break apart familiar patterns, and develop new movement languages rooted in authenticity and innovation.
This intensive is designed for dancers who want to strengthen their foundations while shifting their perspective, unlocking fresh creative approaches, and discovering new ways to move beyond the expected.
17 October: KRUMP focus with Jordan Douglas & Margaux Pourpoint
18 October: POPPING focus with Victoria Shulungu & Max Revell
