Autumn Equinox Women's Circle

In this circle, we will gather to honour the Autumn Equinox, a time of balance between light and dark, and a powerful moment for introspection and gratitude.

The intention for my circles is to create an open, nurturing and sacred space for women to come together, explore their inner worlds and connect to their authentic selves. I strive to create a space where women feel safe to be vulnerable, to share without judgement and to be seen, heard and understood.

This month's theme is "Embracing Change," reflecting the natural shift from the outward energy of summer to the inward focus of autumn. Through practices like journaling, reflective discussion and setting intentions, we will explore what it means to embrace change in our lives, letting go of what no longer serves us and welcoming the new.

We will journey within with a guided meditation that aligns with the energies of the Autumn Equinox, helping us connect deeply with our inner wisdom and the cycles of nature, cultivating a sense of peace and renewal as we move into the next season of our lives.

There will also be a sharing circle, providing a nurturing environment to both listen and be heard with love and compassion. There is something incredibly powerful in women sharing authentically and being fully held and witnessed. In the Autumn Equinox Women's Circle, we create a sacred space where each woman can express her true self without fear of judgment. This act of sharing from the heart fosters deep connections and a profound sense of belonging.

• Guided meditation: Experience a meditation designed to connect you with the energies of the Autumn Equinox and the cycles of nature.

• Sharing circle: Your time to be seen, heard and witnessed whilst also holding space for others.

• Grounding practices: Engage in grounding and embodiment exercises to help you feel centered and aligned with the changing season.

• Authentic connection: Connect with like-minded women in a supportive, empowering and non-judgmental space.

• A space to unwind: Relax and unwind with nourishing herbal tea, aromatherapy scents and a comfortable and tranquil private space.

I am a trauma-informed mindset & emotional wellbeing coach and somatic practitioner. It is my greatest passion to help individuals access the incredible power that lies within them, to recognise their own worth and reconnect with the truest version of themselves.

For over a decade I have been consciously working on my own healing and self-development, a journey of coming home to my true, authentic self. I am a lifelong learner and creative soul who loves nature, art, movement, travel and connecting with new people.
