Autumn Equinox Sound Bath

Join Evelina for a heart-centered evening to honor the Fall Equinox. At the Equinox, the minutes of day and night sit in balance. Traditionally a time of harvest and gentle slowing down, this seasonal threshold also marks the start of Libra season, arriving just a few days before the Aries Full Moon.

Libra is the sign of partnerships, equilibrium, creativity, and beauty, while Aries embodies independence, courage, and self-initiation. Together, we’ll work with this cosmic polarity to reflect on what is truly essential to carry forward, and what can be gently released as the cycle turns inward toward winter rest.

Whether you’re looking to find balance, reflect, or simply receive deep restorative rest, this session will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and connected. All levels are welcome.

The Flow:

• Arrival & Astrological Insights: We’ll open with a brief look at the current astrological transits and what this shift in the means for your energy.
• Reflect & Share: A gentle exercise to honor this seasonal shift and reflect
• Meditation: A guided visualization to connect with your heart
• Reiki-Infused Sound Bath: For the final 45+ minutes, simply relax and receive. I’ll use crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums, alongside distant Reiki, to guide you into a state of deep, restorative rest.
• Closing & Connection: We’ll conclude with a gentle closing and a few minutes to decompress, pull an oracle card, or share space with the community.

What to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat. An eye pillow or cover is great to bring if you have one. Blankets and bolsters are provided, but feel free to bring any personal items to make yourself as cozy and supported as possible.

Evelina Baranovskaja (@astrosoul_ ) is a Reiki Master, astrologer, sound healer, and breathwork practitioner. Her spiritual journey began in 2019 with an introduction to the beautiful energy of Reiki, which led her to receive her Reiki Level 1 attunement from Lisa Levine at Maha Rose, and the rest is history. She believes that healing modalities like Reiki, sound, breathwork, yoga, and astrology can help heal and transform the deeper levels of our psyche, body, and soul. Her primary goal is to provide insights, confidence, healing, and encouragement, empowering others to trust and follow their soul's magic.

Alongside her spiritual practice, Evelina brings a decade-long background in the advertising and sales industry. This real-world experience allows her to hold space with a grounded, relatable perspective on ambition, burnout, and finding inner peace.
