During a Sound Bath, you’ll lie comfortably on a mat or cushion, with your eyes closed, as soothing sounds from various instruments wash over you. Instruments commonly used in a Sound Bath include crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and many more. Each instrument produces unique frequencies that correspond to different energy centers in the body, creating a harmonic resonance that encourages balance and relaxation. The sound vibrations help guide your brain waves into a meditative or deeply relaxed state, allowing you to let go of stress and achieve a sense of peace.

サンセットに包まれるビーチにで、ヴィブラフォン奏者のミカとギタリストのエドによる心地よい生演奏でイベントを開始します。その後は、シンギングボウルなどのヒーリング楽器の美しい音色で、皆さまを深い安らぎへとお誘い致します。

• お席は自由席となりますので、お早めにご到着下さい。

• サウンドバスをお受けになる際は、十分に水分補給をなさる事をお勧め致します。常温・又は暖かいお水をご用意下さい。

• ビーチに横たわるために敷く物、日が暮れると肌寒くなるのでブランケットか上着、街灯がとても明るいので目を覆うアイマスク、必要に応じて枕など、ご自身がゆったりとくつろぐ為に必要なアイテムをお持ちになる事をお勧めします。万が一の急な雨にも対応出来るような物をお持ち下さい。
