Join Jessie Brady of Love and Light Wellness for Sound Bath - Elemental Journeys: Earth, the first in a new sound healing series designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. During this 60-minute session, you’ll be surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and gong. The sounds gently guide your mind and body into a state of deep rest, helping you release stress, feel supported, and connect with the grounding energy of Earth.
No experience is needed—just come as you are. Whether you’re brand new to sound baths or returning for another journey, this session offers a chance to pause, reflect, and leave feeling more balanced, calm, and rooted. This sound bath offers more than relaxation; it's an opportunity to pause, reflect, and root into presence: Crafted to support feelings of safety and steadiness. Invites centering of mind, body, and spirit in gentle resonance. Encourages participants to let go of what no longer serves them. Sets the tone for the season ahead, fostering strength and stability.
Cost is $40 per person.
Please to bring the following for the sound bath:- Blanket- Pillow- Eye Covering- Water- Wear warm, comfortable, and loose clothing- Yoga Mat.
