Ceremony description:
Autumn Equinox signifies the time when summer transits into the next season and we have an equal balance of light and dark. This is an opportunity to acknowledge and welcome in the new season, to embrace it. We are part of nature and as the seasons change so do we.
For many of us, this year has been a roller coaster ride so far… wonderful, life changing, grief inducing and hard work. As we enter into the cooler days and darker nights, it is important to find our balance and take the amazing energy we have gathered into the next part of our year.

What can I expect?

~ We begin by connecting our energies in circle with a gentle blessing from the mother medicine; Cacao and each other.
~ Gently using breath and Qi Gong we activate and cleanse our energy field.
~ We then give an offering to the earth in thanks for feeding, holding and grounding us so far this year (You can bring your own natural gifts i.e flower petals or use my special mix).
~ Using a special labyrinth walking meditation we embody this sacred symbol and use it to walk inwards as we release and outwards as we renew.
~ We go onto a full conscious connected breathwork session to fully release any lower vibrational energy that is stored in our muscles. This enables the fullness of mind and body release.
~ Turning to plant medicine we make our very own health tonic: Fire Cider. This is a tonic that will carry you through winter, boosting your immune system and caring deeply for the restoration of your body.
~ To end we join together around a fire (weather permitting) with music and drums (bring your drums, your instruments, your voices) as we fully integrate being present, harmonised and connected to our own healing path.

Do I need to bring anything?
~ Bring something warm and cosy as most of the ceremony will be outdoors under the blessing of the sky.
~ Please bring some paper and a pen for any notes you need to take. And a journal that you will use for your 21 day Dieta
~ Parking - You will be told where to park nearer the time
What do I wear?
~ The colours of Equinox are reds, yellows and Oranges. ~ Come as vibrant, sparkly or comfortable as you like. This is a judgement free zone.
