Caring Foundations is an engaging and practical workshop, for parents and carers with children of all ages 👶🏻👦🏼👧🏽
Caring Foundations is designed to support parents in confidently helping their children develop strong emotional wellbeing 🧑‍🧑‍🧒
Together, we will explore what emotional wellbeing really means, why it matters, and how you can nurture it at home 🏠
You will gain a clear understanding of emotional literacy and learn how to help your child recognise and manage their feelings 😀😡😭🤪
We will also discuss how to respond helpfully to challenging emotions like anger, anxiety, and sadness in everyday situations.
The workshop will provide practical tools and strategies you can use immediately 😌🌊
You will hopefully leave feeling informed, reassured, and equipped with practical steps to help your child develop resilience and a healthy relationship with their emotions 🥰
