Autumn Equinox Gathering : Harvest Your Joy, Not The Hustle
About this Event
For centuries, the turning of autumn marked the final gathering of the harvest. It was a season of both celebration and preparation—a reminder that what nourishes us today has the power to carry us through the colder months still to come. We’re keeping the spirit of that gathering alive—minus the agricultural labour, and with considerably more bolsters.
Think of it as two hours to move gently, wander through guided imagination, and gather what nourishes you along the way–all accompanied by Fiona McNeill’s live handpan. Think sound bath, if sound baths had a wonderfully UFO-shaped cousin that sat in someone's lap.
What to expect:
- Gentle, slow-moving yoga followed by a guided seasonal visualisation
- Live music woven throughout gathering by Fiona McNeill, featuring handpan
- Journaling prompts + Sharing circle (complete with tea + snacks)
- Closing ritual
- BONUS: Harvest Your Joy Companion Guide PDF
It's about remembering that joy doesn’t have to rush—we gather. We nourish. We make meaning together.
Bring:Yourself (however you are). Journal + Pen. An open heart, or at least a curious one (hopeful works too).
