About this Event
The changing of seasons is a natural invitation to slow down, take a breath, and check in with yourself.
As we move from summer into fall, we'll come together for an evening of reflection, creativity, connection, and rest. This ceremony is a chance to pause from the busyness of everyday life, reflect on what you've been moving through, let go of what you don't want to carry forward, and get clear on what you want more of in the season ahead.
Together we'll move through:
- 🌿 Grounding meditation to settle into the evening
- 📖 Guided journaling and reflection
- 🫧 Creating your own personalized ceremonial mist with herbs and botanicals
- 🍵 Sharing a seasonal herbal tea aligned with astrology of the evening
- 🔔 Sound bath
- 🤍 Community sharing and connection
- 🍂 A closing ritual to mark the transition into a new season
You don't need any experience with meditation, ceremony, herbs, or spirituality. You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for. Just come as you are.
All materials for the mist and tea will be provided. Bring something to sit on, a journal and pen, wear something comfortable, and come ready to slow down and spend a little time with yourself.
Whether you're feeling like you need a reset, moving through a transition, or simply want to spend an evening connecting with good people, this is a space to pause, reflect, and welcome the season ahead with intention.
