A nervous system workshop & somatic breathwork experience for stress, burnout, and overwhelm
About this Event

You know how to keep going.

You know how to get through the day when you’re exhausted. How to override the signals. How to say yes when you mean no. How to make it look like you’ve got it together, even when you feel so disconnected from your life and who you really are.

Breaking Up With Burnout is an immersive evening with Dr. Megs and Somatic Jules exploring what burnout looks like beneath the surface, and what it takes to change your relationship with stress, urgency, and overdoing.

Through nervous system education, somatic practices, guided breathwork, journaling and reflection, and shared experience, we’ll explore how to recognize when you’re operating from survival mode, reconnect with the signals you’ve learned to ignore, and experience what becomes possible when you no longer have to hold it all together.

You don't need to become better at managing an impossible life.

Instead, we're getting curious about the patterns that keep you feeling like that is your only option.

And maybe you’re ready for something different.

You’ll experience:
  • Nervous system education you can actually use in real life
  • Somatic practices to help you notice and shift stress patterns
  • Guided breathwork journey designed to create space for release, connection, and restoration
  • Honest reflection around your relationship with rest, productivity, achievement, and capacity
  • Community and connection with others navigating similar patterns of overwhelm, overfunctioning, and burnout
  • A space to be human, without having to perform, achieve, fix, or have it all figured out

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS:

Juliana, founder of Somatic Jules, is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, somatic coach, and psychedelic guide. She has a background in psychology and addiction studies, and holds a license under NMHA as a psilocybin facilitator. She is inspired by uncovering the divine intelligence that moves through all of us so people may live an authentic, meaningful, free, and joyous life. You can learn more about her and her services at: www.somaticjules.com

Dr. Megan Daley is a coach, speaker, and former clinician who’s helped hundreds of high-achieving women break free from the fog of confusion, burnout, and “shoulds.”

She knows what it’s like to feel lost in a career that looks good on paper but feels empty inside. She's had the breakdowns. She's chased certifications and coaches, hoping they’d be the thing. She watched others light up in their work while she felt disconnected from hers.

It took her years — and tens of thousands of dollars — to find her path.
Now, she helps people like you get unstuck in a fraction of the time (& cost), with a proprietary method tailored to your unique needs. You don’t have to do this the hard way.
