About this Event

Celebrate the changing of the seasons with a feast for all the senses and an evening full of love! Celebrate for yourself, and for all women - with a charitable donation included with each ticket.

This is a women’s only event and is capped at 30 guests to remain intimate and spacious.

What to expect: Arrive for a welcome drink and soft music as we gather. We will open the evening together with a welcome talk and a moment of conscious connection. Then we will open up to a delicious buffet of nourishing food, mingling, more pink drinks and live music. Enjoy a tarot reading or get glittered up and mingle with fellow women. Raffle prizes will be announced at 9pm, more music, drinks and sweet treats until 10pm.

Who is this for: all women are welcome, especially those seeking conscious connection, nourishment and an opportunity to do and feel good! Come alone, bring a sister or a friend. Wear something you feel gorgeous in.

The Charity: We are supporting Future Dreams. Future Dreams provides practical and emotional support for those diagnosed with breast cancer, promotes health awareness and funds vital secondary breast cancer research. In October 2021 the charity opened Future Dreams House, the only dedicated breast cancer support centre in the UK. It provides a variety of support to patients, from holistic therapies and workshops to meals.

Your Hostess: Helena Barham-Coppola is a Nutritional Therapist and founder of Nourish&Be. She works primarily in women’s health and is passionate about promoting fertility as a sign of vitality and life force, rather than just as a tool for procreation. She has developed a unique holistic approach focusing on not just physical, but also mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. She offers 1:1 journeys as well as women’s circles, suppers, and workshops.
