Join us for a relaxed and creative evening at The Yard as we welcome the season with a suitability autumnal candle painting and decorating workshop.Each Guest will paint a set of four taper candles using warm tones and seasonal designs, think falling leaves, pumpkins, woodland patterns and cosy autumn tones.
You’ll also have the option to add dried florals for an extra decorative touch.
Wether you’re coming along on your own, with friends or for a date night, it’s a lovely way to unwind, get creative and enjoy a drink from the bar in a welcoming setting.
What’s included:
- 4 Taper candles per person (2 ivory and 2 colours of your choice)
- Use of all paints and materials
- Packaging to take your creations home safely
- Optional dried florals for extra decoration
- Guidance and painting step by steps for autumn designs. Participants are however free to paint any designs of their choice and are not limited to just autumnal options.
- One drink from the bar (Choices set by The Yard)
Other important information
- Candles are painted with burn-safe paints, however we advise not covering the entire surface as this may affect the candle burn. The designs work best when applied as repeated small patterns etc, leaving some of the candle exposed.
- Candles decorated with dried florals are for display only and should not be lit.
- Once the workshop ends, participants are responsible for the safe use of their candles
- Never leave a burning candle unattended and always extinguish it before it burns to the end of the wick.
