Join Clara for a fabulous flow session up the pole. Designed for Intermediate and above polers, this choreo will feature tricks and transitions up the pole as well as floorwork. You will learn the choreo in bare feet and then have the opportunity to perform it with heels.Must be intermediate level or above (confident inverts and leg hangs) You do not need to attend regular classes at The Pole Shed to join us for workshops, PAYG options are available.
