Adding the hammocks and silks to the pole brings us all sorts of new variations on moves and transitions. In these sessions we can use the fabric to provide new challenges or make tricks more accessible to participants.
In order to take part in the Pole Fabrics session you must be able to complete basic and side climbs, perform and hold a basic sit, and have a love of spinning pole.
We recommend wearing shorts and a vest or crop, as you will need skin to grip the pole.
