Autumn Alchemy | Breathwork, Massage & Sound Healing Evening
Join Lillie, Maisy and Lucy on daylight savings for an evening of Breathwork, Massage and Sound Healing
As the seasons begin to turn and nature softly invites us inward, this is your invitation to pause and prepare for nature's deep rest and reset. Your workshop will begin with conscious circular breathwork, flowing into a soothing sound bath where you will receive a mini massage from Maisy. We’ll close with space for integration and reflection as Lucy guides you through a journaling flow. During this time herbal tea and a sweet treat will be provided to help ground you after this deeply transformative workshop. A night of healing, softness. A night to remember yourself.
Parking can be found in the bays outside and/or on all surrounding roads. If it is your first class with us, please offer extra time to get acquainted with parking areas.
Sunday 25th October 5pm until 7pm
The Loving Life Studio | 119 Bournemouth Road, BH14 9HR
Parking: Free parking on all surrounding roads.
Open to those aged 18 and above
Tickets are £35 per person
You don't need to bring anything with you! We have all the equipment you need. You will have a yoga mat, a bolster, a blanket and one of our sound healing beds. Extras you may like to bring include; an eye mask, a water bottle, fluffy socks, a journal and a pen!
