Come celebrate "Power to the Pelvis" by Dr. Alicia Jeffrey-Thomas. Learn how to improve your pelvic floor to promote your urinary, digestive, reproductive, and sexual health. The event will be moderated by Board-Certified primary care physician and NAMS certified Menopause Practicitioner Dr. Alana Franklin. Event begins at 7:00 PM, doors at 6:30 PM.
