Parnassus Books and Vanderbilt Libraries are thrilled to welcome Diary of a Wimpy Kid author (and host), Jeff Kinney, as he celebrates the release of his latest book, Fight or Flight, with a knock-out, interactive stage show, set to EGGSPLODE with fun for the whole family!
For audience members who aren’t too chicken, they may be a contender in the ring on stage for a series of hilarious, head-to-head challenges. Expect feathers to fly, funny jabs to be thrown and maybe a fowl or two!
This is a ticketed event and will take place at 6:30 PM CT on Saturday, October 24th at Langford Auditorium on the Vanderbilt Campus. Doors will open at 5:30 PM.
Ticketing:
You must purchase a ticket through Eventbrite to attend this event. Each ticket includes one pre-signed copy of Diary of a Wimpy Kid #21: Fight or Flight.
Please be sure to select the correct ticket type.
-Single Attendee ticket: Includes general admission for ONE attendee, with ONE pre-signed book.
-Adult with Child ticket: Includes general admission for ONE adult and ONE child, with ONE pre-signed book.
Additional copies of Fight or Flight, select copies of other books in the series, and merchandise will be available for purchase at the event while supplies last.
Please note, there will NOT be a signing line for personalizations/photos/books from home following this event.
Parking:
You may park in the 25th Ave. garage, which you can enter via 24th Ave. The address of the garage is 1404 25th Ave. S. 37212. Parking is available on levels 3 - 10.
