An invitation to explore the interplay between your rich inner world and your natural way of self expression with others and life. True freedom and delight exists when you are willing to curiously be with what is and allow the inner impulse to unravel and express in the moment.
Beyond the stories, thought forms, emotions, conditioned patterns of how I should be, lies a terrain of deep peace and delight where there is no judgement, or needing to show up in any particular way.
This is your true essence, free from any restriction, both perceived judgements of the outside world and your own invisible self imposed limitations. Within the domain of your spirit and essence lies wisdom, truth and love which is your natural state.
Authenticity speaks is a series of practical communication & embodiment experiences that supports you to connect to your inner world in a gentle, curious way that allows experiementation and inquisitiveness. You learn to be in curious enquiry of “what is here for me right now?” and “how does this inner aspect or energy wish to be shared or expressed with others?

Authenticity speaks is a practice where through intuitive guided wisdom, you get to know yourself at the deepest of levels, access wisdom and your inner truth which is not dependent on outside circumstances.
Real confidence and solidity within yourself occurs when you are willing to access and be with your deep inner world.
Initially it may feel scarey about going into the unknown, but you will be held in a supportive environment where any obstacles and fears can be naturally overcome with curiosity and gently leaning in.
You see when you access the wisdom of your body and gently open your heart and call in a deeper remembrance of your inner being, much magic, connection and delight is naturally available which is nourishing on all levels for you.
Authenticity speaks will support you to access your inner edges, expand the breadth of your inner beingness, explore wisdom and truth that lies dormant with you. This is what it means to truly be seen and heard in all of who you are.
Who is this for?

What modalities or practices will be shared?
A variety of inner practices that are based on mindfulness or meditation to support you to come back to yourself and to move beyond the restlessness of the thinking mind.
We use games and short immersive experiences to explore inner dynamics and how these dynamics play out in your life.
Using the interplay of breath, movement, awareness, sounding & toning, the spoken word, our natural creative faculties and deep feeling.
New possibilities of transformation and freedom naturally open up to you while meeting each other in the present moment.
