In a world that moves fast, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves.
Our attention is constantly pulled outward — toward expectations, roles, and trying to fit in. Somewhere along the way, many of us start feeling a quiet kind of loneliness, even when we are surrounded by people. What we often long for is not just contact, but connection that feels real, alive, and nourishing.
Authentic Connections Playground is a space we created to explore connection together — both the one we have with ourselves and the one we build with others.
On our own paths of self-discovery we noticed something simple but powerful: we often try to understand ourselves only through thinking. Yet so much of our experience lives in the body. When we slow down and start listening to it, new insights and possibilities for connection begin to appear.
Through gentle movement and simple interactive exercises, we explore the meeting point between body and mind. Not as something to perform or get right, but as a space to notice, feel, and be curious.
Many people talk about building community. For us, connection starts with presence — with slowing down enough to notice what is happening inside us, and meeting others from a place that feels honest and grounded.
By moving, sensing, and sharing space together, we create conditions where authentic connection can naturally emerge. From there it becomes easier to meet, listen, share, and simply be seen.
💥 What to Expect:
Movement
Musical journey — a carefully crafted DJ set with guidance designed to help you reconnect with yourself through your body.
This experience gives you space to explore how you feel, how you move, and what happens inside you when you slow down and listen.
No dance experience needed — just curiosity and willingness to explore.
Interactions
Throughout the workshop, you’ll be invited into simple, exploratory interactions — both through movement and conversation.
These interactions are designed to help you notice how you connect with others, experiment with new ways of relating, and experience more genuine and authentic connections

✋ About Us:
Klaudia - Gestalt psychotherapist with 12 years of personal growth and inner exploration on my path.I believe dance and movement can bring us closer to our inner truth. They help me reconnect with myself when thinking isn’t enough and meditation is too much of a challenge for my busy Western mind.

Olek - Former Startup CEO & Client Centricity Consultant. My road has been an evolution of understanding how humans relate. I’ve spent the last decade helping organizations draw shared maps of their perspectives. For the past five years, that quest has turned inward: I’m exploring the 'User Interface' of being alive. I facilitate the unfolding map of the human experience—to inspire and enable others, and myself, to flourish with more intention and depth.

Together - a couple for over six years, we continuously deepen the authenticity of our connection. Rooted in radical responsibility and transparency, our primary focus as partners is to understand and share our inner experiences, emotions, and reactions.
We practice the art of balancing holding and taking space for one another.
This event is part of our project Authentic Connections—aiming to create spaces where people can meet themselves and others in a more honest and authentic way.
