Australia's national day is almost here, and the Australian community in Poland is gearing up for a proper celebration with support from PABF, the Polish Australian Business Forum.
On Saturday, January 25th (yes, the day before), we'll gather at Uwaga Piwo to mark the occasion. This unique venue is part of Fabryka Norblin, a former metal foundry transformed into a space for dining, shopping, and entertainment. From 3 PM to 8 PM, we've booked the function room, bringing together all the charm and excitement (a flag and Spotify playlist) you've come to expect from past events.
Entry is 45zł per person, covering the venue cost. Kids under 16 join for free. Payments can be made at the door using cash, BLIK, or Revolut.

No Australia Day would be complete without a raffle, and while there's no meat tray, there are a host of fantastic prizes that we'll announce in the lead up to the event.
Raffle tickets have sold out quickly in the past, so we're stocking up on them this year and offering bulk discounts:

What is PABF?
The Polish Australian Business Forum connects entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals with Polish heritage. Originally established in Sydney, it now includes chapters across Australia and recently launched its Polish branch. This group aims to support Australian businesses in Poland and foster connections between the two countries.
Our event is open to anyone, as we're hoping to cross-pollinate the Polish/Australian expat and business community.

Uwaga Piwo serves snacks, share platters, and pizza ordered at the bar. Just around the corner, the food court at Norblin offers an impressive array of cuisines—one of the most diverse in Europe so you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to food.
We'll gauge interest on the night as to where an when we kick on to the official unofficial after party for anyone interested.
