Are you ready to deepen your practice and take it to the next level? Do you need more physical challenge/conditioning or do you need something with deeper energetic substance and intention?
Join Tommasina for these bi-monthly pop-up Universal Yoga master classes. If you are newer to yoga, this class will help prepare you for Universal Yoga Mandala practices . If you have experience with Universal Yoga, the class will still be beneficial for you with plenty of challenge for any level. Class begins at 1:30pm with a short lecture or review of previous techniques. New asanas will be explained before the flow begins so send questions/requests ahead of time to be addressed.
Come and experience a very unique way of practicing yoga asana that traps your senses and allows you to sink into a much deeper state of peace and stillness by the time we close. Explore arms stretches and master working with cross-mats. Breathing techniques will be woven into our practice to support our energetic needs.
Tommasina no longer teaches weekly at studios in the area. But, she will be popping up here and there for special classes and events. Tommasina considers Aum her Atlanta area home studio.

Tommasina is a 500 E-RYT who has completed over 1100 hours of yoga training. 900 of those training hours were with Andrey Lappa, one of the most influential yoga .masters to emerge from the post-Soviet era. A significant part of her training involved deep yogic meditation practices. She specializes in helping people establish a deeper internal connection within their yoga practice.
