We Invite adult women (18+) to join us for our August Women’s Gathering. We will be exploring the benefits of guided meditation. Meditation broadens the mind, brings clarity, and brings you into the present. We will spend time focusing on mindful and concentrative ways to release stress and trauma, regulate mood, and calm the nervous system. This teaching will be accompanied by a meal and good company.
