Our seasoned sound healing facilitator will use a large variety of vibrational instruments including singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, to help bring you to a state of calm where your body can use its resources to relax, release and heal.
This sound bath we will be tapping into the energy of the new moon as we prepare for the upcoming change of the seasons
