The Auburn Players Community Theater is excited to announce auditions for You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Original)!
Join Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Lucy, Linus, Patty, Schroeder, and the whole Peanuts gang in this heartwarming and hilarious musical filled with charm, laughter, and unforgettable songs.
Audition Dates:
Sunday, June 28 | 2:00–6:00 PM
Monday, June 29 | 6:30–9:00 PM
Location: Auburn Public Theater
Casting Information:
• Character Breakdowns
• Principal roles are open to performers ages 18+. An ensemble cast may also be
included, featuring adults and children of any age who will participate in many of the
group musical numbers. A great first show for your little ones!
Audition Requirements:
• Prepare 16–32 bars of an upbeat, well-known musical theater song in a similar style.
• Please keep selections simple and familiar.
• Bring your own sheet music.
• Audition sides will be provided.
Important Dates:
• Rehearsals begin mid-July
• Tech Week: September 13–17
• Performances: September 18–20
Whether you’re a seasoned performer or stepping onto the stage for the first time, we’d love to see you there. After all… “No problem is so big or so complicated that it can’t be run away from!” (Although we recommend auditioning instead.)
