Monday, May 11, 7:00 – 10:00 pm – Monologues and readings from the script
Tuesday, May 12, 7:00 – 10:00 pm – Callbacks and possibly singing/movement

What
All: Sign up for auditions (link in "tickets". Walk-ins are welcome as long as we have time.
New to the festival: Prepare a 1 to 1 1/2 Shakespearean minute monologue not from Twelfth Night. Monologues will audition at 1:00 am on Saturday, May 9 and at 7:00 pm on Monday, May 11, if needed. Cold readings will follow the monologues.
Returning actors*: You do not need to do a monologue. Cold readings will begin around 8pm on May 11.

Rehearsals and Performances
Usually Mon – Fri, 6:30 – 10:30 pm (subject to change)
Tech: Saturday, June 27, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
Dress/Tech Week: Mon., June 29 – Thur., July 2, 6:00 – 11:00 pm
Opening: Friday, July 3, 6:00 pm call, 7:30 pm curtain
Performances: July 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25 at 7:30 pm; July 5, 12, 19, 26 at 2:00 pm.
All performances will be held in the Art Court Theatre.
Who
We are looking for 25 actors of all backgrounds. At this time, all roles are open. Should we choose to precast anything, we will announce it here.

Please bring a headshot, resume, and conflicts to auditions. See the tentative schedule for more details.
All participants are required to register for a minimum of 1 unit in our theatre performance series, TAP 380/381/382/383. More information will be given to the cast and crew after casting is complete.

*Returning actors have worked at the Sacramento Shakespeare Festival in the last 10 years.
**Excessive conflicts may result in not being cast. Actors must be present for at least 75% of all rehearsals, any mandatory rehearsals, all of tech week and all performances. All conflicts must be declared at the beginning of the rehearsal process; no additions will be allowed.
