Directed by Caitlin Cutright and Assisted Directed by Allen Jenkins. Hamlet is a Shakespearean tragedy detailing Prince Hamlet’s quest to avenge his father’s murder by his uncle, Claudius, who usurped the throne and married Hamlet’s mother. Hamlet struggles with inaction, feigns madness, and mistakenly kills Polonius, leading to a fatal, duel-filled conclusion that kills most of the main characters.
Auditions for this iconic tragedy are Monday September 14 & Tuesday September 15 at 7 PM. Auditions will include cold readings. All genders, ages and cultural identities are encouraged to audition.
Virtual Auditions will be accepted 9/14 by 7pm. Please include your name, and conflicts in the email. A dramatic Shakespearean monologue of your choosing for the video portion. email too [email protected]
Performances are Friday January 15 @ 7:30 PM, Saturday January 16 @ 2:30 PM & 7:30pm and Sunday January 17 @ 2:30 PM with a snow date the following weekend, January 24.
