June is Audiobook Month, and the Narrow Gauge Book Cooperative will be celebrating with a tea, crafting, and listening meetup!
If you’ve ever wanted to join a book discussion, but know you just won’t finish the book in time, this might be the perfect event for you! On June 26th at 6pm, join the Narrow Gauge Book Cooperative to listen to a short story from Kali Fajardo-Anstine’s Sabrina & Corinna while sipping tea and working on a handicraft of your choice! We suggest knitting, embroidery, drawing - whatever quiet and portable craft makes you happy!
The audiobook and the tea and snacks will be provided - just bring yourself and the activity of your choice.
Listening to the story will be followed by lively conversation - or listening to others, if conversation isn’t your favored pastime. Up to 10 attendees will receive 1 book credit from Libro.fm, the sponsor of this event!
