AutismTN is excited to introduce a new program: Attract Healthy Relationships — a series of healthy relationship and sexuality education classes designed for Autistic teens, Autistic adults, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their loved ones and support networks. These classes are free for all participants and guests. Participants can bring 1 natural support, parent, or caregiver with them.
The first Attract Healthy Relationships classes in March are for adolescents and young adults between the ages of 16 and 22. Classes will be held every Thursday for six weeks.
This program is open to Autistic teens (16+), Autistic adults, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities up the age 22, and focuses on building the knowledge and skills needed to make informed, confident choices about relationships and personal well-being.

This program uses the Elevatus curriculum (https://www.elevatustraining.com), a nationally recognized, trauma-informed, and evidence-based curriculum created specifically for and with the disability community.
Program goals include:
Providing comprehensive, developmentally appropriate sexuality education
Building skills around consent, autonomy, and healthy relationships
Creating inclusive, affirming spaces that support a wide range of needs
