✨Welcome to the Stand in the Gap prayer night at Sovereign Church! ✨

"Stand in the Gap" is a quarterly intercessory prayer event dedicated to lifting up the needs of communities, nations, and the world. This quarter's theme is "ATONEMENT," drawing inspiration from the call to action in Hebrews 7:27:

"Unlike the other high priests, he does not need to offer sacrifices day after day, first for his own sins, and then for the sins of the people. He sacrificed for their sins once for all when he offered himself."

The event will focus on encouraging participants to seek God’s mercy, stand in prayer for reconciliation, and embrace the power of Christ’s atoning sacrifice for personal and collective renewal.

Through powerful prayer sessions, inspiring teachings, and spirit-filled worship, attendees will be equipped to overcome fear, walk in God’s power, and operate in love and sound judgment.

"ATONEMENT" is a call to repentance, spiritual renewal, and a deeper understanding of Christ’s ultimate sacrifice, which brings redemption and restoration.

Through focused prayer sessions, teachings, and worship, "ATONEMENT" will challenge attendees to renew their commitment to holiness, intercede fervently for their communities, and walk confidently in the grace and forgiveness God has provided.

The prayer night will be hosted by Pastor Mania Tambwe and will include various spiritual disciplines such as Breakthrough Prayer, Breakthrough Worship, Prophetic Declarations, and Deliverance Prayers led by Minister Justine Tambwe.

These elements are designed to create an atmosphere of faith, where attendees can seek God's intervention for their personal lives and the wider world. The concept of "standing in the gap" originates from Ezekiel 22:30, where God sought an intercessor to advocate on behalf of the land. This event offers participants the chance to answer that call, praying for transformation in their communities and beyond.

"Stand in the Gap" is an invitation to partner with God in the spiritual realm, stepping into the role of an intercessor and trusting that He will honor His covenant with His people.

Through unified prayer and worship led by Sovereign Worship, the event provides an opportunity to be part of a powerful movement, standing in faith for breakthrough and deliverance.
