About this Event
Join the Atlas of Multivocal Kitchens symposium! THIS IS AN ONLINE AND IN PERSON SYMPOSIUM
A symposium exploring how everyday kitchen practices such as cooking, sharing food, and organising domestic space shape experiences of home, memory, and belonging in contexts of migration. Bringing together academic, practice-based, and community perspectives, the event focuses particularly on migrant and refugee experiences, domestic knowledge, and food-related cultural practices.
The symposium is organised within the research project Atlas of Multivocal Kitchens: Immigrant Spatial Practices and the Making of Elsewhere at Home.
Developed through collaborative conversations between researchers, practitioners, and community organisations.
