atis Moves Sauna + Cold Plunge

This February, join us for a mindful, winter reset, helping you to slow down and breathe. Sauna first. Salad after.

Thursday 19th February | King's Cross Lewis Cubbitt Square | 6–8PM

Select your sauna session: 6:00–6:50PM or 7:00–7:50PM, followed by an atis bowl or plate to refuel (atis King's Cross is directly opposite Slomo Sauna)

What’s Included:

• Cold ice baths (4–6°C) and outdoor showers for cooling off post-sauna

• Warm tubs for warming up post-cold plunge

• Changing rooms before and after each session

• A regular atis salad to refuel post-sweat.

Please arrive at atis King's Cross10 minutes prior to your session to allow time to get changed.

What to Bring:

• Swimwear
• flip flops
• Two towels, (one to sit on in the sauna, and another for after the session.)
  Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
