About this Event

Join us for a special evening of rest and relaxation. We'll focus on the balance of yin and yang energies in the body, fostering calm, stillness, and grounding. Yin Yoga emphasizes slow, passive stretching and deep relaxation.

Free parking is available in the parking lot. Feel Free Yoga is located next to Mama's Boy at The Falls and Amici at The Falls. This is an all levels yoga class. All bodies are welcome.
