AT Together Edinburgh
About this Event
AT Together is returning to Scotland for 2026 - bringing together professionals from across Higher Education, DSA and the wider education sector to discover what’s changing in assistive technology, hear fresh perspectives and learn from one another.
This year, we're doing things a little differently.
Alongside practical demonstrations and opportunities to get hands-on with technology, we're welcoming PAM Group and PASSHE as guest speakers to explore the bigger picture around AT: how technology fits within the wider student support journey and how different forms of support can work together around the individual.
And, of course, there’ll be plenty of time to ask questions, share experiences, and meet other professionals working across disability, neurodivergent and student support.
Attendance is completely free, with refreshments and lunch included.
Who is AT Together for?
AT Together is designed for professionals involved in supporting disabled and neurodivergent students, including:
- Disability and neurodivergent support teams.
- DSA Needs Assessors.
- Disability Advisers.
- SENCOs and SEND teams.
- Specialist Study Skills Tutors and mentors.
- Learning and student support teams.
- Senior leaders and decision-makers responsible for accessibility, student support or technology.
Whether you work directly with individual students, make recommendations or are responsible for developing wider support provision, the day is an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and spend some focused time learning, exploring and exchanging ideas.
Hear from our guest speakers
PAM Group | Looking at the wider support pathway
We're delighted to welcome Laura Barrow, Education Liaison Officer at PAM Group, to AT Together.
Laura works closely with universities and colleges to strengthen disability support and develop practical, student-centred provision. She brings seven years of experience across Assistive Technology training, DSA Study Needs Assessment, accessibility consultancy and university partnerships.
At AT Together, Laura will explore the wider support pathway surrounding assistive technology.
PASSHE | Bringing study skills and AT together
We'll also be joined by Dylan Griffiths from PASSHE - the Professional Association of Specific Learning Difference Specialists in Higher Education.
Dylan brings a specialist study skills perspective to the day and will explore the relationship between specialist study skills support and assistive technology.
Two different perspectives. One important conversation about how we can support students more effectively. And that’s alongside a full day of AT discovery, hands-on learning, conversations and networking.
Discover what's new in assistive technology
If you joined us at AT Together Scotland previously, there'll be plenty that's new to discover in 2026.
We're particularly excited to demonstrate SumIt, a newly released maths solution!
You'll also get to explore new major developments from Lernabl, Lightkey and Sensory Readable.
Across the day, we'll be exploring ivvi Notes, MeisterSuite, Pro-Study, iView Learning, dBud, Scanmarker Max and OM System recorders.
Before you sign up
Come away with a better understanding of what's available now and what's changed, hear different perspectives on supporting students, ask questions directly to specialists and exchange ideas with professionals facing many of the same challenges.
There is no charge to attend AT Together Scotland, and refreshments and lunch will be provided.
Places are deliberately limited to give attendees opportunities to ask questions, speak with our team and take part in conversations throughout the day. Please only reserve a ticket if you're intending to attend.
