About this Event
Tickets will be available to the public starting Sep 20th at noon.
For Grades K-2: check-in begins at 9am, program ends at 11:40
For Grades 3-6: check-in begins at noon, program ends at 2:45
For all students Grades K-6: Planetarium: OMSI’s portable, museum-quality planetarium brings the night sky inside with live presentations about stars, constellations, and planets, and the science and stories behind them.
Where in the Worlds: Climb aboard the Spaceship OMSI and discover the fascinating planets and moons that make up our solar system. Young scientists learn about the qualities of atmosphere and space, create a solar system model, and build their own air-powered straw rocket to launch their imaginations.
Parent Volunteers: It’s fun to be a parent helper, and we need some for each class! Send an email to [email protected] if you would like to help. OMSI coordinators ask that only those parents who are registered as helpers join the children in the classrooms.
Waitlist: if a session becomes full, please email [email protected] with the grade of your student(s) to be added to a waitlist.
