About this Event

This Aries Fire Flow on Thursday, March 27th will kick off my Astrology Yoga Series and just like the Aries cardinal energy of the season this will be a dynamic Vinyasa flow to build heat and strength in the body. Doors open at 6pm, class is from 6:30-7:30pm at Neighborhood House, and BYO Yoga Mat. We will find a cozy spot by the fire after the class at the Plough and the Stars to connect over drinks and snacks!
