Astrology & Inner Alignment

Astrological insights with a collective message will introduce the workshop before diving into meditation.
We will then transition into guided meditation to release tension and negative energy in the energetic body while visualizing water and forests/earth as tools for surrender.
Deep breathing, forest sounds, RHYS-SET affirmations from my toolbox, and sound healing are incorporated throughout the guided meditation to induce a trance-like and immersive experience for the soul.
A spiritual message for a midsummer check-in with the self will conclude this 1 hour meditation journey.
