Join us for these special monthly pop-up Astrology & Yoga classes with yoga instructor and Astrologist Miranda Check. In each class, the first 30 minutes will be a group discussion with insight on astrology and planetary changes occuring. The second half of the session will be a yoga flow designed specifically around the alignment of the moon energy (either new or full) in combination with all of the astrological happenings! All levels of practice welcome, no experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a journal (if you would like to take notes)
