Astro - Care: a self care workshop inspired by the Vedic astrology signs

Astro - Care is a series of yoga and self care workshops inspired by the Vedic astrology signs. Next up is Sagittarius season where we will adventure through all of the senses and discover how both the light and shadow sides of the sign can support our optimal wellness from Nov. 22nd-Dec. 21st.

Since Sagittarius rules the liver, autonomic nervous system, hips, and lower back, arbonne reps Jaime Brown and Charley Perry will be sharing a liver supporting tea to help us get into our breath and body. Sagittarius is all about the escapade, the event, the next project. They stay curious, optimistic and determined to have a fun time doing all the things. Megen ‘Mango’ Bailey PTA & 200hr RYT of The Wellness Hive will be guiding us in finding various self care rituals that keep our energy grounded and resonate deep in our playful hearts.

Come ready for some self discovery in the wonderful K Contemporary Art Gallery - what are the chances the owner is a Sagittarius! No need to have Sagittarius in your chart to reap the benefits of the sign’s self care suggestions. We can’t wait to vibe out with you!
