This class will cover the following aspects of Sports Stretching: Active Isolated Stretching (ASIS)

What you will learn:

Types of stretching / when to stretch

Athletes and stretching

Stretching for clients and self-care

AIS (Active Isolated Stretching) - dynamic, short hold, muscle lengthening, upper and lower body stretching based on Dr.Aaron Mate's principals of AIS.

The class will be taught from a massage therapist's perspective.

Please bring: Hand towel, sheets, pen, water, paper towels and hand sanitizer and wear comfortable clothes.
