REFUND POLICY

Early Bird Tickets: Non-refundable. Early bird pricing reflects the reduced rate available to committed registrants. If you cannot attend, your seat is fully transferable to another person at no charge up to 7 days before class start — simply email us at [email protected] with the replacement attendee's information.

Standard Tickets: Full refund available up to 30 days before class start. Within 30 days, 50% refund or full credit toward a future class. Within 7 days, no refund. Transferable to another person at no charge up to 7 days before class start.

If confirmed class dates shift once announced (see target dates note above), full refund is available to all registrants regardless of ticket type or timing.

Mathis Carlson is the President of the Medical Gas Professional Healthcare Organization (MGPHO), founder of MedGasCards.com, and Medical Gas Services' primary training instructor. With over 25 years in healthcare construction and 22 years specifically in medical gases, Mathis has trained more than 2,500 medical gas professionals.

Mathis holds multiple ASSE 6000 credentials and the Certified Medical Gas Verifier (CMGV) credential. He serves on technical committees at NFPA, ASHE, ASPE, and ASSE — meaning his instruction reflects the latest code development, not just the current code.
